This wasn’t ideal in my opinion because pizza is meant to be eaten with your hands! Instead of making a second one of these I just made a pizza with regular pizza dough. It was a little better after it cooled off for 10 or 15 min but it was still crumbly. It breaks and crumbles when you try to eat it. The problem was that the crust was impossible to hold and eat. It came out cooked all the way through, which was good because I had been worried about it being undercooked. I cooked it exactly as printed in the instructions. Once the butter topping was on it I was able to spread the dough MUCH easier and got into a better shape. I did the best I could and then I spread the butter topping on it. First, the dough was really hard to spread onto the pan because it just sticks no matter what you do. I was ready to love this recipe so I got everything I needed to make 2 pizzas for dinner.
